Crucially, it also depends on how people actively participate in shaping this transformation, sharing knowledge, and developing new ways of working. These questions were the focus of numerous presentations and discussions at the Berlin AI Day, as reported by Enrico Ausborn, Head of the Berlin Office at TestSolutions.
How can AI be successfully implemented company-wide? What mistakes can be avoided? How can employees share their knowledge about their own AI agents – and how can others be inspired to use them? The topics of the event made it clear: Implementing AI is not just a technological task. It's equally about developing the company culture. This includes making experiences accessible, learning from one another, and understanding not only the opportunities but also the challenges of responsible AI use.
The Berlin AI Day provided valuable insights to further refine this understanding.
