Load and Performance Tester (m/f/d)

We are always on the lookout for committed load and performance testers (m/f/d) who would like to enrich our team with their expertise.
Your tasks
- Carrying out load and performance tests for complex IT systems.
- Planning, creation and automation of load and performance test scenarios.
- Analysis of bottlenecks, identification of performance problems and derivation of optimization measures.
- Selection, implementation and maintenance of suitable performance test tools.
- Checking the cost-effectiveness and maintenance costs of performance tests.
- Creation of reports and documentation with meaningful results and recommendations for action.
- Collaboration with developers, architects and test managers to define and ensure performance targets.
Your profile
- Experience in the execution and automation of load and performance tests.
- Knowledge of common performance test tools, e.g. JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner or k6.
- Experience with scripting and automation of load tests.
- Understanding of test methods and metrics for performance analysis.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (HTTP, WebSockets, gRPC) and database queries (SQL).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments is an advantage.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Confident with Microsoft 365, Teams and Confluence.
- Analytical thinking, structured and precise way of working.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
