Target group
The IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (RE@Agile Primer) is aimed at specialists who deal with requirements in an agile environment. It provides basic knowledge about how requirements engineering can be integrated into agile projects.
The following professional groups in particular should aim for certification:
-
Requirements Engineers - They benefit from a better understanding of how their traditional role changes in an agile context and how they can develop requirements flexibly and iteratively.
-
Business Analysts - As they are often the interface between the specialist department and development, the certification helps them to effectively integrate agile methods into their analysis processes.
-
Product Owners - They gain in-depth knowledge of how to efficiently prioritize and continuously adapt requirements in order to achieve the greatest possible added value for the product.
-
Scrum Master - The certification helps them to support agile teams in the structured development and refinement of requirements.
