Balamurali Boggu

Balamurali Boggu has more than two decades’ experience in testing within regulated industries and specialises in test management for airlines in the DACH region. He coordinates cross-organisational test teams, ensures projects run smoothly, and identifies and resolves obstacles at an early stage. In SAFe environments, he builds test processes from the ground up and develops them sustainably. His professional career has been characterised by two key strengths: consistent fault-finding and the establishment of missing structures. In the process, he has witnessed a succession of technologies come and go – yet none of them has rendered obsolete the people who developed them, who use them and who are accountable for them. That is the work that never changes.
