Test Manager (m/f/d)

We are always on the lookout for committed test managers (m/f/d) who would like to enrich our team with their expertise.

Your tasks

  • Planning, controlling and monitoring all test activities in agile (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) and classic (e.g. Waterfall) projects.
  • Development and implementation of test strategies and test concepts for software quality assurance.
  • Coordination and management of test teams and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Risk assessment and prioritization of test measures to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring test coverage and traceability of requirements.
  • Introduction and optimization of test processes, test automation and tools.
  • Error management and error tracking.
  • Selection and use of test management tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail or ALM.
  • Documentation, reporting and presentation of test results to project participants.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in test coordination and test management.
  • Knowledge of test methods (ISTQB-certified an advantage) and test strategies.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, HP ALM or qTest.
  • Understanding of agile and classic software development processes. Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage test teams.
  • Confident with Microsoft 365, Teams and Confluence.
  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
