Florian Fieber

Florian Fieber, as Chief Process Officer at TestSolutions GmbH, is responsible for the test process management of the entire organization as well as the training division, including the TestSolutions Academy. He has been working in the field of software systems quality assurance for almost 20 years and has (co-)founded several training and consulting companies during this time. His focus as a consultant and trainer lies in the areas of test management, test process management, and test process improvement. After studying media informatics and business informatics, he initially worked as a software developer for enterprise applications and as a research assistant at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences. Since then, his focus has evolved from test analysis and test automation to test management and process improvement, and today encompasses all aspects of quality assurance across the entire software lifecycle. Since 2018, he has been a member of the German Testing Board e.V. (GTB) and is committed to the further development of the ISTQB Certified Tester scheme. From 2020 to 2022, he served as Vice Chairman, and since 2022, he has been Chairman of the GTB.
